Here’s a quick recipe for making your own cbd tea at home.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tea bag (choose a flavored tea like chamomile lavender, peach, or chai)
  • 1 cup hot water (175–200°F, depending on the tea type)
  • 1–2 slices of fresh fruit (e.g., orange, lemon, or peach) or a few fresh berries
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil, MCT oil, or unsalted butter (optional, to help the CBD bind)
  • 5–10 mg CBD oil or tincture (adjust to your preferred dosage)
  • Fresh herbs (optional, such as mint or basil, for extra flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Steep the Tea: Boil water to the appropriate temperature for your tea type. Pour it over the tea bag in a mug and steep for 3–5 minutes (or follow the tea’s instructions).
  2. Prepare Additions: Add fresh fruit slices or berries into the mug for a natural burst of flavor. If you like herbal notes, toss in some mint or basil leaves.
  3. Add CBD Oil: Stir in your desired amount of CBD oil or tincture. If using a fat source like coconut oil, add it now to help with absorption.
  4. Sweeten (Optional): Mix in honey, maple syrup, or your preferred sweetener for a touch of sweetness.
  5. Stir and Serve: Stir the tea well to combine all the ingredients, ensuring the CBD is evenly distributed. Let it cool slightly, then enjoy!

Pro Tip:
For an iced version, let the tea cool and pour it over ice. Add more fresh fruit and herbs as a garnish for a refreshing CBD-infused flavored tea.
